The Path

Suction cup to superintendent.

YEARS 0–1

Apprentice I

Site safety, glass handling, sealants, and the discipline of the glass line. Paid from hour one.

YEARS 2–4

Apprentice II–IV

Storefront sets, curtain wall stick, hardware, and your AGMT prep. A raise at every stage gate.

YEARS 5–9

Journeyman Glazier

Running installs, mentoring apprentices, unitized crane sets, water testing.

YEARS 10+

Foreman → Super

Your wall, your crew, your schedule. Most of our supers came up exactly this way.
